Day 1
Arusha to Lake Manyara National Park

Depart Arusha in the morning and drive to Lake Manyara National Park, with a stop in Mto wa Mbu to see local crafts. Enjoy an afternoon game drive through the park's groundwater forest and along the rift valley escarpment, keeping an eye out for the famous tree-climbing lions, elephants and flamingos. Overnight at a lodge or tented camp near the park.
Day 2
Lake Manyara to Tarangire National Park & Return to Arusha

After breakfast, drive to Tarangire National Park, home to some of the largest elephant herds in Tanzania and iconic ancient baobab trees.
