Day 1: Arrival – Cultural Welcome & Orientation

Arrive in Moshi or Arusha and transfer to your hotel near Mount Kilimanjaro. Later, enjoy a short cultural introduction with a local guide, including Chagga history, traditions, and a briefing about the climb ahead.

Day 2: Chagga Culture Experience & Waterfalls

Visit Chagga villages, banana farms, and traditional homes. Learn how local food and coffee are prepared. Walk to a nearby waterfall and enjoy light hiking to help your body adjust before the climb.

Day 3: Machame Gate – Rainforest Camp

Drive to Machame Gate for registration, then begin trekking through lush rainforest. The trail is gentle, with chances to spot birds and monkeys. Overnight at the forest camp.

Day 4: Rainforest – Moorland Camp
