Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be welcomed by our representative and transferred to your hotel in Arusha. This day allows you to relax after your flight and prepare for your exciting journey. Optional town tour available if time allows.
After breakfast, depart for Tarangire National Park, known for its large elephant herds, baobab trees, and diverse wildlife. Enjoy a game drive with picnic lunch in the park. Look out for lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, and over 500 bird species. Overnight at a lodge/camp near Tarangire.
After early breakfast, journey through the scenic highlands and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area to reach Serengeti National Park by midday. En route, enjoy game viewing as you drive into the vast plains. Afternoon game drive to search for predators and herds. Overnight in Serengeti.
Spend the full day exploring Serengeti’s endless savannahs. Depending on the season, you may witness the Great Migration or encounter lions, cheetahs, leopards, elephants, and hyenas. Picnic lunch in the wild. Optional balloon safari available at extra cost. Overnight at the same lodge/camp.
After breakfast, enjoy a morning game drive as you exit the Serengeti. Continue to Ngorongoro with a stop at a Maasai village (optional). Arrive at your lodge on the crater rim by evening. Watch the sunset over this natural wonder as you prepare for a full crater tour tomorrow.
Early descent into Ngorongoro Crater for a half-day game drive. This massive volcanic caldera is home to rhinos, elephants, lions, hippos, and more. Enjoy a picnic lunch near a hippo pool. After the tour, drive to Arusha Airport for your flight to Zanzibar. Arrive in Zanzibar in the evening and transfer to your beach hotel.
Enjoy a free day at leisure on Zanzibar’s stunning beaches. Relax by the turquoise waters, take a dip in the Indian Ocean, or participate in optional activities like a spice plantation tour, a visit to historic Stone Town, or a snorkeling trip to Mnemba Atoll.
After breakfast, transfer to Zanzibar Airport for your departure flight. You may extend your stay in Zanzibar or combine this trip with another East African destination. End of tour.
