Your safari begins after breakfast at your hotel in Arusha or upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport. Your professional driver-guide will brief you before departure. A 2-hour scenic drive takes you to Tarangire National Park, famous for its giant baobab trees, dense wildlife population, and notably large herds of elephants. Upon entry, you’ll begin a full-day game drive through varied habitats – savannah, swamps, and acacia woodlands.
Expect to see elephants, giraffes, zebras, impalas, and possibly lions and leopards. The park is also a bird watcher’s paradise with over 500 recorded species. Lunch will be served at a picnic site overlooking the Tarangire River. After the afternoon game drive, you'll exit the park and transfer to your lodge/camp near Lake Manyara or Karatu for dinner and overnight.

Game drive en route as you head deeper into the central Serengeti (Seronera region), known for its year-round wildlife viewing. Animals commonly seen include lions, cheetahs, elephants, wildebeests, and hippos. You’ll stop for a bush lunch and continue exploring the game-rich areas. In the late afternoon, arrive at your lodge or tented camp for dinner and overnight.

Begin your day with a sunrise game drive—this is when predators are most active. Witness the Serengeti waking up with golden light illuminating the grasslands. As you drive, you may encounter more herds of wildebeest and zebra depending on the time of year. Arrive at your accommodation located near the crater rim in the late afternoon. You’ll have time to rest and prepare for your descent into the Ngorongoro Crater the next day.

After an early breakfast, descend 600 meters into the Ngorongoro Crater for a half-day game drive. The crater floor is a haven for wildlife due to its permanent water sources and nutrient-rich grass.
Enjoy a picnic lunch near the hippo pool before starting your ascent back to the rim. After the crater tour, return to Arusha by late afternoon. Drop-off at your hotel or airport is included.
